Ways to Serve

Volunteer Roles

Lead skill development drills and instruction at our youth camps and clinics. Baseball, basketball, flag football, and more.

1–5 days per camp session

Help organize and run community events, tournaments, and sponsor activation days. No sports experience required.

Half-day or full-day events

Photograph, film, or help manage social media content at Serve 1st events. Help us tell our story.

Flexible — event-based

Spend time with youth athletes as a mentor, speaker, or career development resource. Be the example.

1–2 hours per event
